These terms govern access to and use of the Medrology AI platform. By using the service you agree to them. This summary is informational and does not replace a signed enterprise agreement.
1. The service
Medrology AI provides a cloud platform for radiology workflow, imaging viewing, AI-assisted reporting and billing. Access is granted to authorized users of subscribing healthcare organizations.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to use the platform only for lawful clinical and administrative purposes, to keep your credentials confidential, and not to attempt to access data outside your authorized organization or scope.
3. Clinical responsibility
AI-generated outputs are decision-support tools only. A qualified radiologist or clinician is responsible for reviewing, verifying, and finalizing all reports and clinical decisions. Medrology AI does not practice medicine.
4. Accounts & roles
Customers are responsible for managing their users, roles, and permissions, and for the accuracy of data they enter into the platform.
5. Fees & billing
Use of the platform is subject to the fees in your subscription or per-study agreement. Billing records generated in the platform reflect the agreed pricing schedule.
6. Intellectual property
The platform, its software and branding are owned by Medrology AI. Customer data and reports remain the property of the customer.
7. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Medrology AI is not liable for clinical decisions made by users. Liability is limited as set out in the applicable enterprise agreement.
8. Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for breach of these terms or non-payment. Upon termination, data handling follows the data-retention terms in our Privacy Policy.
